Erica founded the Phoenix Foundation to walk alongside survivors of domestic violence as they reclaim stability and home. As a survivor herself, Erica brings firsthand understanding of the courage it takes to begin again — and the practical realities that make a fresh start possible. Her work focuses on restoring confidence, dignity, and the foundation of a brighter, empowered future.

Vice President of Human Resources at Penn State Health with more than 25 years in HR leadership. An ICF-certified executive coach focused on developing leaders and removing barriers to success. Jennifer lives in Camp Hill with her three children.

A 25-year leader in higher education, formerly with Penn State University. She holds degrees from Bloomsburg University, Duquesne University, and Immaculata University. A survivor advocate, Katina mentors women stepping into leadership roles.
